the global culture, I think social media goes has an even greater effect
on the way we do business. It levels the playing fields when it comes
to communication, publishing, advertising, marketing and merchandizing.

challenges the old paradigm of mass marketing, mass media, and mass
merchandizing, which is a system where you pay huge amounts to blast one
